Register Effica Grove as a ChatGPT connector and you can search and read your records from a conversation, and write daily reports and diary entries.

Paste this URL as-is into the ChatGPT connector form, and choose OAuth as the authentication method. You do not need to prepare a client ID or a secret yourself — registration happens automatically.

    Turn on developer mode

    In ChatGPT, go to Settings → Apps and connectors → Advanced settings and turn on developer mode. It is required to register your own MCP server.

    Add the connector

    On the connector form, enter the URL above as the MCP server URL and choose OAuth as the authentication method.

    Choose what to allow

    The Effica Grove consent screen opens. Sign in with GitHub, then pick the repository your records are stored in and whether to allow reading only or writing as well.

    Use it from a conversation

    Ask things like "find last week's daily reports" or "log a note for today". Always say which date you mean — the server never fills in "today" for you.

What it can do

  • Search daily, diary, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, and read their contents
  • Create daily reports and diary entries, replace their contents, and append short notes
  • Fetch the daily report template, the AI summary rules, and the collection guide

What it cannot do

  • Create or update weekly reports and above (GitHub Actions generates them; you edit them in Effica Grove)
  • Confirm a report (that replaces the body and deletes the notes at once, so you do it on screen)
  • Touch repository files, change Actions, handle Secrets, or update Projects

How to ask whether it is connected

Check whether the Effica Grove connector is available.
Fetch today's daily report template and tell me only its headings.
Do not save anything yet.

You can disconnect at any time. Revoking from "External connections" in Settings → Storage makes every issued access grant unusable. Your records stay in your repository.
