Terms of Service
The basic rules for using Effica Grove.
These Terms set forth the conditions of use for "Effica Grove" (the "Service") provided by Lurest Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The Service is a growth-log service that stores records such as diaries, journals, and daily reports in your own GitHub repository and automatically aggregates them into weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Using the Service requires a GitHub account. Sign-in is performed via GitHub OAuth.
- During initial setup, a template repository is forked into your account and created as a private repository.
- The Service operates in accordance with GitHub's Terms of Service and API policy.
The authoritative copy of your record content is stored in your own GitHub repository. We do not retain that authoritative copy. You are responsible for managing the visibility and sharing of your repository.
Basic features are available free of charge. The pricing and details of the premium plan are shown on the pricing page and in the settings screen.
You must not engage in acts that violate laws or public order and morals, interfere with the operation of the Service, violate GitHub's Terms, or that we otherwise deem inappropriate.
We are not liable for damages arising from outages or specification changes in external services such as GitHub, or from your management of your repository, except where such damages result from our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
We may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect once displayed on the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes relating to the Service.
